MEETING OF MAY 15, 2007

It was a strange meetup because the holiday kept the usual large number of attendees to a minimum, but that didn't prevent anyone from having a wonderful time chatting and getting to know one another.

PHOTO 1
Mary Louise Sillman always bejeweled in her own creations, brought along her smiling face and good humor. Alan Smid has become a real regular, happy us!

PHOTO 2
Parler Paris Marketing and Editorial Director, Lynda Sydney, who is spending time in Paris from her usual Toronto home, is extending her stay another three weeks...yeah! She and career coach Al Stewart of Business Mentors, Inc , were yacking it up and laughing over a few email misunderstandings.

PHOTO 3
Jill Mitchell of Le Trip tours to France who lives in the south of France brought along Saraya Bouvier-Feder of Absolument Absinthe perfumes to chat about an upcoming project we will collaborate on.

PHOTO 4
Past marketing partner, Marcia Mazria, of Mazria Leeds, Inc., is here for one month working as a consultant to Parler Paris. She is joined by Martine Rosier Di Matteo, our associate interior designer who is responsible for the beautifully renovated and decorated Paris Penthouse written about earlier this month in Parler Paris.

PHOTO 5
Jim Brannin,
a writer who travels to and from London, recently started a fiction writing group here in Paris.

PHOTO 6
It was a first time for Philippe Letouzey, a Frenchman who was a banker and is now free from any work obligation so is looking to find new things to do! He learned lots from Jeanne Velu, a relocation specialist who has become a regular to Après Midi and says it's always nice to talk about Paris!

PHOTO 7
Of course, one of our favorite regulars, Patricia Laplante Collins of Paris Soirées was along with her always smiling face.

NOT PICTURED
Rosemary Flannery, a working artist who has lived here in 1987, specializing in portraits, dropped in at the last minute to say hello...always welcome at any time!
